This seminar is primarily focused on college
level athletic programs as part of their comprehensive fund-raising
package. Implementation of a full-scale summer athletic camp
model that is compatible with the individual institutional
philosophy is the end product of this seminar.

Structure: |
| This is delivered as a full-day seminar.
RMACS will request an inventory of current summer camp and/or
summer conferencing activity, financial breakdowns, and athletic
facilities.
Day One:
9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.
- Review of current inventory of camps and facilities
- Establish goals and objectives for camp expansion and
purpose
- Establishing a camp revenue/salary distribution and personnel
contracting model that meets the institutional goals, objectives
and philosophy
- Identifying key players
- Coordinating key players and departments
- Oversight and controls
- Marketing strategies
