club from scratch or rebuilding and restructuring the infrastructure
and culture of a current booster club. Areas addressed include
infrastructure, mission, philosophy, control systems, activities,
fund-raisers, expenditure focus, membership and incentive
systems for the beneficiaries and membership. The paradox
of operating an in-house vs independent booster club is also
addressed.
