This seminar is of value to any level, but
it is of most value to college level freshman or high school
seniors, coaches, counselors and parents. This seminar ties
academics, athletics and the social dimensions of college
life together as one focus in an effort to make these dimensions
harmonious rather than conflicting.

| Basic Seminar
Structure: |
| This seminar is best conducted in three-two
hour sessions spread over the course of three days, but this
could be delivered in three sessions spread over two days.
The sessions could be conducted in the evening rather than
the daytime should the client desire. The seminar can be tailored
to be delivered to one or more of the following target populations;
student-athletes, coaches, counselors, parents. If coaches
and counselors are involved the organization can use this
same seminar outline approach to present this information
and exercises “in-house” to their student-athletes
on an annual basis.
